Expanding the brewery and taproom
Sunday Road Brewing Co. located in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire has been creating craft beer since 2016. In 2019 the commercial brewery and taproom opened so locals, and visitors could experience the unique beers on-site. Now, a few years later, it’s time to expand the experience and create a truly unique brewery offering.
Sunday Road Brewing Co. first heard about BSK Projects from the Build Me a Brewery Podcast where Benedikt from BSK Projects goes into great detail about the steps involved in creating a functional yet welcoming brewery.
Currently in the design phase, BSK Projects are providing valuable insight into the development of the planning strategy. Working with the client and town planner, together they are defining the project requirements. Once approved, the BSK team will continue with the detailed process of managing the brewery build project by defining tenders, and contracts and coordinating the construction process to minimise risk in the best interests of Sunday Road Brewing Co.
