Mercado Restaurant

Tasked with incorporating a restaurant into the basement of a heritage-listed building in the middle of the Sydney CBD, the team knew close collaboration between the designers, builder, client and local authorities was a must.
The small site and limited access made bringing in the required services a challenge. Despite the limitations however, the project was delivered on time and budget, resulting in a unique, Spanish-style restaurant with an open kitchen and an eye-catching bar for patrons.
