Clarke & Humel are the top rated real estate agents located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. After being in business for more than 10 years, their dream of opening a flagship HQ on Manly’s beachfront came true.
Appointed as Project Managers, BSK Projects had the pleasure of working with principals, husband and wife team, Cherie and Michael to oversee the fit-out of their new bespoke office space.
Initial stages of the project saw BSK Projects work closely with architects to ensure the design complimented the existing structure and the amazing office views and complied with the building’s requirements.
BSK ran a comprehensive tender process before engaging the right team to deliver this sophisticated office fitout.
To complete the look, contemporary fixtures and fittings of the highest standard were selected to honour Clarke & Humel’s prestigious brand.
The functional office is complete with a welcoming reception desk, office spaces with 180-degree views of Manly Beach, client meeting rooms, an event space, a kitchen, well-appointed bathrooms and even a cycling studio!
Overall, our role was to help deliver the outstanding project on time and on budget and ensure that the sophisticated design was built to an exceptionally high standard. Cherie and Michael are very happy with the outcome.
