‘Cooler Classrooms’ Lucas Heights

Closely working with NSW Public Works Advisory and the school management, BSK Projects successfully managed a Cooler Classroom Project cooling 51 rooms across Lucas Heights Community School. The works were completed in less than 6 months in a fully functional school leaving the school officials completely satisfied that they escaped from the scorching heat of summer last year.
BSK’s works involved overseeing civil, mechanical and electrical works at site, managing communication and reports with the Client and school officials, preparing and submitting O&M manuals and as-built drawings for handing over and finally handing over the works to the end user.
